Pimcore complaints system

In close cooperation with SiebenMeilen, it was decided to implement a complaints management system based on Pimcore.

Thanks to the new system, SiebenMeilen is now able to manage complaints efficiently and improve customer service. The seamless integration with orders and customer data enables complaints to be processed quickly and accurately, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and more effective business processing.
